Rental Terms & Conditions
- Customer acknowledges that he/she has care, custody, and control of the RPM Boxes & RPM Dolly(s) while the RPM Boxes & RPM Dolly(s) are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the RPM Boxes & RPM Dolly(s). If the RPM Boxes or RPM Dolly(s) are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the RPM Boxes. Retail value of one RPM Boxes is $20 each and one RPM Dolly is $20 each.
- Customer acknowledges that he/she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the RPM Boxes. If the customer does not give 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00.
- Customer indemnifies and will hold harmless RPM Boxes, its agents, officers, and owners of any damage or harm that may occur through the use or transportation of RPM Boxes products or services. Including, but not limited to, any damage, harm, or injury that may occur during delivery or pickup.
- Customer acknowledges that he/she has sole responsibility to have the RPM Boxes & RPM Boxes Dolly scheduled for return by the agreed upon date. For each additional week that the RPM Boxes are not returned, there will be an automatic charge of the agreed upon weekly rental rate. If the RPM Boxes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the RPM Boxes and RPM Dolly; and will be charged the full retail value of the RPM Boxes at a rate of $20.00 each and the full retail value of the RPM Boxes Dolly at a rate of $20.00 each.
- Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes RPM Boxes to charge any amount associated with the above-stated terms and conditions.
